easITrader is a Flash based interface for connection with multi-valued databases providing web based e-commerce and intranet capabilities linked directly to the back office database. Interfaces directly using FlashConnect, UVListener and appropriate protocols. Provides full sales order processing capability, purchase ordering if required and access to statements, orders and more for a given customer. Full emailing capability is provided and archiving solutions using .pdf files. The adaptable flexibility of the system allows it to be configured for any back office system.

Background

Having approached their Software Supplier and various outside agencies, Brabbin & Rudd became disillusioned with e-commerce systems aimed specifically at their industry. They viewed a large number of software offerings and none did the job they knew they needed to do to enable their Customers to retain the levels of Service and Supply that they would get via Brabbin & Rudd's normal selling method; telesales or over the Counter negotiation.

All too often the software offered was similar in design, probably based on a proven template doubtlessly but confusing. It was often difficult to see stock levels, prices and relevant discounts or to see if there were additional discounts available. Brabbin & Rudd decided to design their own software. The product is now being made available to other Builder's Merchants.

REAL TIME STOCK LEVELS - Real time stock movements allow both price AND availability to be seen with the click of a mouse. No more unanswered phone call to check availability across ALL branches.

SPECIFIC TERMS - Once logged in, the customer sees only their own prices and discounts thus ensuring continuity of the service levels they get if dealing in person.
